Sounds challenging in Beijing, they're even running out of water over there! Beijing or Shanghai... well, I know Beijing better, but I think it is more vegan friendly, given the wonderful vegan social club and a bunch of restaurants. Granted, Shanghai has a bunch of vegetarian restaurants too but I haven't heard of actually vegan ones there. Shanghai air quality is a bit better though.Jari (travelling-vegan)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03784215875655480912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4094841068378580610.post-23626982731356116112008-10-28T13:46:00.000+08:002008-10-28T13:46:00.000+08:00Jari, I wonder if you ever heard of there's self-s...Jari, I wonder if you ever heard of there's self-sustained (maybe only partially) farming community in Beijing? I read it somewhere a while ago.. I'm actually considering the possibility to moving to either Beijing or Shanghai, do you know which city is more vegan friendly?<BR/>ThanksAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4094841068378580610.post-84155620517421219422008-10-19T04:41:00.000+08:002008-10-19T04:41:00.000+08:00Did you have to lift up the corner of your trouser...Did you have to lift up the corner of your trousers in order to get a hitchhike? lolFranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08301982130914270105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4094841068378580610.post-8103615340332602632008-10-17T21:06:00.000+08:002008-10-17T21:06:00.000+08:00My job, I do research in computational linguistics...My job, I do research in computational linguistics for a big multinational. Lots of stuff in China and Taiwan (which, I think, is where she's from) obviously. The troubling part is that it's a bit of a personality cult, but nothing obvious wrong with her teachings per se. A well-known figure in Indonesia as well.Jari (travelling-vegan)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03784215875655480912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4094841068378580610.post-45222535552274045072008-10-17T01:44:00.000+08:002008-10-17T01:44:00.000+08:00Ching Hai again!?
